CLIENTS

July 2022 - Jan 2023

Consulting - Full Re-Brand & Identity, Social Build & Content Creation, Marketing Strategy + Implementation on & offline.

Client Problem : “We’ve been around for 10 years yet have no solidified brand identity or story, never had a marketing, social team or any new creative brand assets. We are launching a flagship store in London’s biggest shopping centre Westfield London in 3 months…”

THE APPROACH.

Stage 1: I identified the story from deep diving into the 10 year history and pulling out the authentic reason why the community of 50k bike enthusiasts continued to support the brand.  Combining this with the business goals of the Managing Director & Investors led to building the brand pillars to provide the foundation to then launch Bikesoup 2.0

Stage 2:  Build the on & offline marketing strategy to include a heavy focus on social media, ensuring flexibility due to changing launch dates and holiday season. Build a priority list to execute accordingly with limited resource and a diverse range of tasks and areas of focus for the business eg.

  • Creative direction and management of lifestyle shoots

  • Merchandise design and production,

  • Offline POS & store collateral

  • Brand events, in-store set up & promotions,

  • GDPR Database campaigns, Customer Email comms & Subscriber journeys.

Stage 3: Automate and sign off next 3 months of activity , ensure clean delivery of plan and team to execute. Provide the brand with the tools to grow and measure success in Bikesoup’s new exciting journey.

WHY THIS PROJECT?

1/ The idea of bringing my background of trend focused, cultural industries to a typically traditional industry was very exciting and provided space to really bring a brand to life.

2/ This was a different more established set up to my previous projects in terms of size of investment, location & store. It was a big stage but one I was very excited to have a big part of particularly with the anticipated growth that I have every belief will continue to happen in the coming years.

WHAT IS BIKESOUP?

Bikesoup is the latest project of Dragons Den, Touker Suleyman. Having been around for 10 years in various forms, Bikesoup’s newly fuelled chapter is focused on establishing themselves as the No.1 Premium Bike Retailer in the UK. Bikesoup is home to a selection of the latest premium bikes and e-bikes and innovative cycle technology. The 5000sq ft Westfield London store includes 2 workshops with experienced mechanics as well as a refuel cafe serving the best craft coffee and hearty sandwiches.

Client Problem : “We need to gather insight into our social performance & creative assets to help achieve wider business goals of acquiring a younger more socially conscious audience and our expansion into new markets…”

Consulting Tasks:

  • Full analysis and report on current social media & creative.

  • Lead content creation & social strategy to prospective audiences both in the UK and wider markets.

  • Deliver data led direction for brand campaign ideation and potential partnerships.

WHY THIS PROJECT?

1/ The clear request for creative development backed with data alongside the request to provide direction to match the commercial needs of the brand. This combination of commercial objectives & creative I find very interesting.

2/ Flowers ! Freddie’s is of the most sustainable and exciting brands to come out of the UK. I simply loved their message of spreading joy and their drive to deliver experience to consumers, going beyond the flowers.

  • Interior Design

  • Resourceful Dressing & Making of Restaurant.

Client Problem : “Wanted to start a streetwear brand as a vehicle to bring a positive light to the craft and culture of the Middle East, with no experience in Fashion Design or Production”

Consulting Tasks:

  • Full Brand Identity including Visual Branding & logo design.

  • Product Design & Tech Packs

  • Fabric Sourcing & Manufacturing.

  • Packaging design.

  • Social Media Direction

  • Entire Ecommerce Web Build & Shopify integration.

  • Sales Forecasting & Press Kits

  • Philanthropic Implementation to brand.

WHY THIS PROJECT?

1/ This was a full 360 project where I got to build a business from scratch and tap into every area of my experience in entrepreneurship. To create and be the hands in getting an idea to reality providing a working business for my client to then run, is incredibly rewarding.

2/ Giving back. I got to implement a way in which we could provide resource and jobs to 30 Palestinian women in refugee camps. There truly is nothing better then holding their handmade work in your hands and seeing the message spread. Allowing every consumer to know exactly the name of who made their bespoke label was very special.
